Bring Back these 3 essential tools

Before about 2-3 years ago the app had these three amazing features that made everyone's lives easier. 1. Being able to seperate mods and cc into sub folders and them still being identifiable by the app. 2. The conflicting mods indicator that would tell you what mods may have issues with another mod, this one was so nice. 3. Being able to remove addons without the app thinking that the file is corrupted.
