Allowing java 21 or up to be used on Minecraft versions lower then 1.20.5 Merged

Lots of other Minecraft launchers have a feature where you can change your Java version per instance, but CurseForge doesn't! I ran into this when trying to use a Voxy 1.20.1 Forge port that required Java 21 and the mod wouldn't work. This would be useful for a multitude of reasons: running mods that require Java 21, allowing mod developers to utilize Java 21's unique features, and making it easier to port mods that depend on it.
