Select All For Reinstall

I haven't deleted mods from curseforge, nor do I have a bunch from somewhere else, but I still have A LOT of corrupt files that I now have to go in one by one and reinstall. Honestly it's a huge pain and making me not even want to. I don't understand why there isn't a button already. If I could just hit 'select all' and then reinstall everything, that would be fine with me. Having to go through one by one is irritating.
