Managing a Minecraft server is a challenge. You have to deal with a lot of browser tabs download mod JARs make sure the versions are compatible find config files and hope that nothing breaks when you update. CurseForge made it a lot easier for people who play the game on their computers. They can browse, install and update mods with one click.. Managing a server is still a hassle.

It would be great to have a CurseForge for Servers app. This would make it easy for people who manage servers to get everything done in one place. Imagine being able to set up a server with a lot of mods in a few minutes. The app would take care of making sure all the mods work together update the mods with one click and keep track of the versions. You would also be able to see how healthy your server is, how many players are on it and what mods are installed.. You would not have to use the command line if you do not want to.

A lot of people have trouble running a good Minecraft server with a lot of mods. This includes communities, small groups of friends and people who host servers on their own. It is hard to do. It is frustrating.. If we had a CurseForge for Servers app it would be a lot easier. People who want to play Minecraft would be able to play and people who manage the servers would actually enjoy doing it instead of just dealing with it.

We know people want this because they are using ways to manage their servers. They are using things like Portainer containers and Pterodactyl panels. CurseForge is already the place where people get mods so it makes sense that they should also be the place where people can run their servers. Minecraft server owners and administrators would really benefit from a CurseForge for Servers app. This app would make managing Minecraft servers a lot easier, for Minecraft server owners and administrators.
