Pinned modpacks

I think it would be really helpful to be able to pin your favorite modpacks to the very top of the "My Modpacks" page, possibly above the groups. This would make it much easier to find your favorite modpacks! A search bar would also be helpful for finding modpcks.

    I can't register with Microsoft to create a profile for the mod. When I register, it says everything is complete, but nothing happens.
