where would be possible the Creator to do polls for followers vote for which feature they want for the next mod update, as example. Also, where followers can open a discussion to talk about a topic on a specific mod.

Doing that by third party ways like Discord servers is not really useful for new creators, because new creators don't have a expressive amount of followers to join the server for real, so the community forum is the best accessible method to interact with the mod users.
