Do you know when you install a couple more mods for say Minecraft, then when you boot up it crashes? well here is the semi-solution to your problem. make there be groups of recently installed. When you play initially it logs the mods you have, then if you add mods and a crash occurs a question mark or warning sign shows up on mods added before the second boot that may or may not have caused a crash. In simplest terms Log mods on Initial boot, save list, when mods are added keep the list, when relaunched and crashes show warnings on (maybe) incompatible mods that may have caused the crash>do this by checking old list with new list of mods. Then us, the user, can go by trial and error and find the mod causing the problem, and we will all be happy because it helps everyone involved, the user, the mod creator, and maybe people who make fixes for mods.
This board is being moderated, if you wish for your idea(s) to go public, please consider the following:
If your idea already exists, vote for it, this will increase the chances for the idea to become reality. Duplicate ideas only split and lower votes
This board is for new ideas and feature suggestions, for technical issues or bug reports, visit/contact CurseForge Support
This ensures that the idea is accessible to a wider audience and makes it easier for others to understand and vote for the idea
Any ideas posted with foul language will not be published and get deleted
Avoid posting 'lists' of different ideas, we won't be able to address them with a proper status and they will get less votes from others, each idea should have its own post
There is also CrashAssistant (in my oppinan the best mod ever)
Thats a great idea, there Is already a mod called CrashDetector which does this but It would be even better if Curseforge App had this stuff built in.
