Log In with Email and/or Option to Change Account Info

I created my Curseforge account with my Yahoo email. When I go to the website to log in, I can't because there's no option to log in with email, only Google, Discord, Github, and Twitch. I can't just make a Google account with the Yahoo email because Google deleted the account that I had and won't let me make a new one with the same email!
Or, if there was an option on the app to change one's account details like email, then I could change it to a gmail account and use Google to sign in with that.
So either an option to log in with email on the website or an option to change account details on the app would solve this.
