Minecraft Java Filters: Client-Side Mods

Just gonna cut right to it. Filters for Client-Side mods is something that needs to be on CurseForge app.

Especially considering there is a dedicated icon for "Client", "Server" and one for both as well.
Since there is a setting to label a mod as such, a filter to look for said labels would be useful when a player wants those specifically.
... it's why filters exist.
