Make follwing to author comment updates a default-off and separate feature

I noticed that after following an author you get their comment updates and there is no way changing it and seems like https://legacy.curseforge.com/account/notifications is for Email preferences.

I think most people follow authors for their projects related updates not for random comments somewhere.

So I'm asking to make it default-off and separate feature like we have for projects where you choose what kind of updates you want to receive
