Separate JVM args for each java version

Currently, the CurseForge app allows for setting the executable locations for j8, j17, and j21, but only has one set of custom JVM args.

This causes issues for args that are deprecated in later versions, or were only added in later versions and as such cause older versions to throw an error when starting.

It would be useful if each of the 3 versions had their own custom JVM args.
