Add Expert as a tag in category search filters.

The Minecraft Mod Pack community has a very specific genre that dominates the scene, especially with more serious players. this type of modpack requires extensive knowledge of mods, it requires intricate and well thought out base design, item storage systems, requires multiple, often complex automations, has several hundred recipe changes, often these mod packs are worked on for hundreds, if not thousands of hours, normally by teams of people. mod packs that make their completion a serious accomplishment. these modpacks are colloquially referred to as "Expert." examples include, but are not limited to: Gregtech New Horizons, Divine Journey (both 1 and 2), Meatballcraft, Project Decursio, Omnifactory, Monifactory, Sevtech series, Dungeons Dragons and Spacecraft, Enigmatica series, just to name a few. it is very difficult to find these modpacks without the specific tag of Expert. the current "large." tag is inadequate, due to the sheer number of "kitchen sink." modpacks that seek to add as many random mods as possible with out consideration for cohesion. for example, Dawncraft and Promethius are Large mod packs, FTB Evolutions is considered Expert.
