to example: i change the recipe for "farmers delight- cooking pot" in the "farmers delight" mod direclty and i cant uplaod it into my modpack, it would be cool if i can upload this mod into the modpack .

You're describing a feature that would be really useful for modpack creators: the ability to include custom-edited versions of mods (with changes like modified recipes or behavior), and have those changes clearly marked or tracked within the modpack system.
