Exclude Content from Update All

Allow certain addons (particularly, mods) to be excluded from the "update all" action. This means once we identify problematic mods we can lock them to a certain version while properly update everything else with one click, instead of tens of clicks.

Not to mention the chance of accidentally selecting an addon or open the addon's description rather than the actual update button when manually doing these one by one.
