When files are submitted, they go through an "Under Review" status before being approved, letting authors know their submission is being actively reviewed. However, projects currently skip this step and go straight from "New" to "Approved."

I’d like to suggest adding an "Under Review" status for projects as well. This would let authors know their projects are being evaluated. It would also make the workflow more consistent with how file submissions are handled, creating a better and more clear experience for authors.
