Edit History for Altering Modpacks

it seems every time i try to add or update a mod i have to change like six other things, and if i want to go back and remove that mod or update i have to remember all the things i did to fit it in.
it would make things a lot easier if we could just have a list of past changes you've made to a modpack. Then even if you cant get a mod working, you can at least remove it without ruining the pack

    I encounter this probably nonstop troubleshooting modpacks. The new "log feature" is excellent, so hopefully a simple recently added tab is not too far out of reach!
