Add Proper Support for Lucky Block Addons in Modpacks

This is necessary for modpack creators who want to include lucky block addons to benefit people creating said addons (such as myself) in the same way modpack creators currently can for mods.

The only method for creating a modpack which includes lucky block addons requires said addons in a pre-packaged file, which does not support lucky block addon creators with the downloads they should be receiving for their work. This creates problematic situations where the existence of packs on your platform incentivizes pack creators to reupload addon creators' work. This is due to your system, which at present has no alternatives, that could remedied by a single change to the way lucky block addon dependents are handled.

The fix I propose is that for lucky block addons, which already have a tag on Curseforge to flag them as such, your system places the downloaded files in a different folder. Instead of placing the downloaded file into the mods folder, it should instead place lucky block addons in the addons/lucky folder (for versions 1.13 and newer) and addons/lucky_block (for versions 1.8-1.12.2).

This would be great as it would also allow modpack devs to easily install the lucky block add-ons like datapacks and mods through the launcher instead of having to install them through the website

This board is being moderated, if you wish for your idea(s) to go public, please consider the following:

    1. Search for existing ideas

If your idea already exists, vote for it, this will increase the chances for the idea to become reality. Duplicate ideas only split and lower votes

    2. No tech-support

This board is for new ideas and feature suggestions, for technical issues or bug reports, visit/contact CurseForge Support

    3. English only

This ensures that the idea is accessible to a wider audience and makes it easier for others to understand and vote for the idea

    4. No profanity

Any ideas posted with foul language will not be published and get deleted

    5. Stay on point

Avoid posting 'lists' of different ideas, we won't be able to address them with a proper status and they will get less votes from others, each idea should have its own post
