Setting to truly unlock Game Version/Modloader filter

There should be a setting in the launcher options to completely unlock the modloader/game version filter. I can understand that unlocking the filter when adding content to your modpack might be confusing for beginner modpack designers but for people that know what they are doing it can be frustrating to need to go onto the website to download 1 mod that you technically can search up in the launcher. In summary when searching for content the feature to unlock the game version/modloader should make it possible to download mods for any version/modloader.
