Add a "compatible with all patch levels" button for uploading mods

At the moment, when uploading/updating a mod that is compatible with all patch levels, you have to click loads of times. This is especially time consuming for games that have lots of patches like The Sims 4, where most mods are compatible with all patch levels when done correctly.

It would be great if an "all pach levels" button could be added to the update interface so you can check all boxes with just one click (instead of 20 and more)
