Update All button feedback when clicked

When addon updates are available, clicking the "Update All" button does not provide immediate feedback that the button has been clicked. If I click an individual addon's "Update" button, it goes gray giving immediate feedback that it has been clicked. Since "Update All" takes some time to start processing, some form of immediate feedback should be provided. Either a "spinning icon" or a change in color on the button itself.
