Side scrolling modpack list

Essentially adding an option for the modpack list to scroll horizontally instead of vertically, sort of like the PS4 or the 3DS, along with this idea, it'd be nice to be able to have the size slider allow for more different sizes, as the current smallest option allows 5 modpacks per line (At least at full screen with my current screen resolution), this is exclusively a cosmetic option, and to my knowledge does not have much functional use, but I think it could improve user experience for certain people who consider that type of UI to be more usable, the size slider idea could also help those with bad eyesight.
