Notes Tab for modpacks that have contant managment on.

Hi.

So I mostly create my modpacks (Minecraft) in CF itself.
It would be cool for modpack creators to have a Notes Tab.
So it would look like:
Mods/Resource Packs/shaders/Worlds/Notes

Only show the tab when ''Allow content management for this profile'' is on, so it won't bother normal modpack players.

A integrated notes function could be helpful when you work on different packs so you have a dedicated note section for each pack instead of manually save a txt file somewhere on your pc or manually in the pack directory.

It would help you keep track of todo's for your modpack.
What recipes, datapacks, quests still need to be made, what bug or crash needs to be fixed, what mods to add or update, etc...
