Allow installing Fabric mods on Forge modpacks.

This is because it already requires the user's knowledge of enabling the filter of including fabric, and fabric mods can be supported on forge 1.20.1 with the Sinytra Connector.

    this will not happen as Fabric and Forge are two different modding platforms for Minecraft, and they are not compatible with each other due to differences in their modding APIs and how they handle mod loading.
