I have made my own custom modpack. There are some mods in it that should not get updated until game breaking interactions are fixed between one mod and another. If I hit the "Update All" button it breaks the game as non-compatible versions of mods that can be compatible are updated. It is not the most annoying problem but it removes the function of the "Update All" button on larger modpacks.

If you don’t want certain mods to update, don’t use the update all button, there’s even a warning about how it can break things
