Max FPS in the In-Game default settings, would help those who prefer to play at 30 FPS, or those who get unstable FPS, and would like to keep it low rather than it being unstable, like me. Or lock the game at refresh rate, to lower screen tearing. Overall, there is no reason for this to not be in the game.
