Add GitHub-Integration for Issues

Currently, authors who want to have their issues-list externally on GitHub, have to go onto two sites to look, how the mod performes and if there are issues with the mod. It would be good if GitHub-Issues would be integrated into the CurseForge-issues tab in the author dashboard, so you can see if there are any open issues and see their title.

    Hey, we do not plan to integrate it into the platform but you can link your github in the project issues page to direct the users directly from the app.
