Good Step-by-step Install Instructions for Linux Host

I want to install RLCraft on my Linux server and have found the instructions offered to be totally useless. For example, step 3 at https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/rlcraft/download/2935323 does not help. Where is this server pack located?

    Any updates on this? Is there not any available CLI for curseforge launcher to automatically install the mods, like prism does?
