Viewing images in full screen should display the title/description

Currently when expanding an image to full screen (under a mod's images tab) the title/description is nowhere to be found! It's very irritating having to go back and forth to read the title/description, especially when the interface has convenient arrows to switch next/previous image. Moreover, the image/description currently is cut-off (limited to a char limit), so you can't even read it fully without going into inspect-element. OUTRAGOUS!

Compared to the legacy version. That one dosen't cut-off the description. It also dosen't have a full-screen gallery view, just a image expand, so it's forgivable to not include the title as you enter the view to enlarge the image and not browse the gallery.
