user-side mod profiles or playsets

As a player, sometimes I have distinct sets of mods I use for different save games, NoCC vs. Stream-friendly vs. Experimental (etc), I would like the ability to easily switch back and forth between active sets of mods to enable this style of game play.

Other mod managers already have this feature.

Paradox calls this feature "playsets" and supports it without an external mod manager. (I expect it to work like this with Life By You as they do this for Stellaris already and Life By You is pushing their moddability.)

Nexus Mods and their Vortex application supports this by calling it "Profiles."
