Please add the ability to track both initial add date as well as any updates or changes to mods in the mod list. Having a github-esque modlist alteration history list would be really great. If it tracked both inital add and updates, it would be easier to see what might be causing issues.
Additionally, having a sort of modlist alteration feed would allow for better spotting of moments when the automatic dependency-adding feature fails, as it sometimes does. It could have little icons or tags on mods that you added in the past that were 'missing' when you opened the page, showing you that a particular mod has been removed or failed to be added.
This system would also allow you to examine mod relationships, like shared dependencies, missing dependencies, etc, by simply tracking what dependencies were downloaded with what mods. If you look at a dependency and see that it is flagged as 'not present' or 'missing' then you can fix it, and it wouldn't require any complicated checking all mods for dependencies, simply checking to see if a mod is present, and flagging it as such, and then mods that were downloaded at the same time could be flagged if one of their partners (based on download time) was missing.
Of course, if it is easier than I imagine to add true dependency tracking, that would be fantastic, but I think this system would be a solid start in the meantime.
