Open in customisable monitor

To be able to control which monitor CurseForge launches into on start up rather than moving it across every time. I have tried moving it across, setting the app to 'exit when close', closing and reopening and it always opens on the screen where I play wow so I then have to move it which doesn't take a lot of time but discord opens where I moved it to the first time on start up. I've tried moving CurseForge and resetting it to 'launch on start up' while it's in the monitor I want but it doesn't save it.
