Include specific requirements on Exporting Modpack requirements page.

I would like to see in the future a more thoroughly written requirements page, as I've been struggling to get my modpack approved for a few days now. It was under review for a few days, and then I was told "vanilla plus" was not allowed to be used in the project title. So I changed the title with the initials "MC" in it. That ALSO got critiqued with a message along the lines of "we also don't allow modpacks with "MC" in it". Nothing major, I just would like to see more specific upload requirements listed so there is less confusion.
