Allow Amazon Giftcards to be generated on the fly.

Generate Amazon Gift Cards using the Amazon API


This allows authors to withdraw their desired amount of money in a minimal amount of cards, with cards being generated at the same moment they are withdrawn.

Under this system, CurseForge would have a maximum amount of money per currency (not per amazon shop / domain) that can be used with cards, and each operation would decrement from this counter.

This would allow CurseForge as an entity to still limit and adjust the amount of possible cards according to a budget. However, instead of buying a certain amount of cards of a specific and unchangeable amount, only the total value should be supplied.
