Add custom mods from files on computer

Add a feature that allows you to just add a mod from a file on your computer, rather than having to navigate through the mod folder. This should defiantly have a warning though.

Also, if the custom file ships within the mopack, we can export the modpack with all required files. This would be useful for Minecraft Fabric with Optifabric, which requires the Optifine mod file, that usually you need to download on your own and manually copy to the right mods folder.
