create a open in a new tab option in relations list

Currently I love to learn about different mods in a mod back by roaming their relations list and opening different ones in a new tab. Currently you can only do that for the author but not the mod itself. It worked fine before. I think it would be helpful for modpack exploration to open a mod in a new tab because right now the back button resets you back to page one of the mod page relations list.
