Quilt has a fabric api mod so it can run fabric mods and I don't want to make a fabric modpack for mods that haven't been ported than transfer mods.

please disregard my previous statement, I just realized what you meant. There is also a Forge version of this issue I'd imagine, with Fabric having a Forge port.

You could just add the mod and filter to both fabric and quilt?
