Add an Option during Downloading Modpacks to Restart a Mod that Failed to Download

The problem that I face a lot during downloading modpacks is the "decryption operation failed, see inner exception" error message.

Turns out that one of the mods that were being installed has a significantly bigger size than the other mods. And the download immediately fails and I have to restart from 0%, which means re-downloading everything.

Instead of restarting the modpack download, there should be an option to restart the download of a specific mod, instead of restarting all over again.


I hope to see this feature being added, I think this will pose a great help towards anyone that has been facing the same problem.
