customization for sort for pack on minecraft

allow users to setup a custom sort for packs in the my modpacks interface allowing users to categorize their modpacks by dragging into category or using a context menu. context menu in blank space can be used to create categories.

eg:

create:
- create above and beyond
- create stellar

- create arcane engineering

pixelmon:
- the pixelmon modpack


Doctor who:
- tardis engineers 2

custom:
- (insert custom pack name here)
- (insert custom pack name here)


(based on my installed packs however can be customized by the user for themselves)
