Make filtering by game version and modloader make sure there's a version that meets both requirements

Currently if you for example search "Create" and set filters to mod loader to fabric and the verison to 1.20.1 you see a lot of mods like Create Crafts and Additions which, do have a 1.20.1 version and a fabric version but not a fabric 1.20.1 version, but the filters are functioning independently so because it has fabric and 1.20.1 it shows up.
its also worth noting that on the files screen you can set the version to fabric and the game version to 1.20.1 and see that there are no files available so this seems to just be related to the general mod sech
