Why is getting anyone to review your mods impossible?

I've had Sims 4 mods sitting waiting to be reviewed for over month. There is no way to tell whether they are actually in queue to be look at, are being ignored, or I've done something wrong in submitting them so that no one rrealizes they are waiting. There is no "submit" function on submissions and no way to contact anyone to check on their status.

    We are currently having big queues for moderation to review due to us implementing new security measures as a response to the alst malware attack attempt on our platform. This should become better in the near future tho so worry not!
