Need Live Support!

I need live support as a creator of modpacks because my modpack keeps getting declined due to corrupted files or something. I am being told this without a full breakdown within my ticket on how to fix the specific issue. I need help badly because this is very important to me as a game designer who plans on making a living off servers and my job.
