The Idea is that I create a modpack, I update the mods and when they ask for a new version of forge, I can simply update the forge version.
Example: I created a 1.19.2 modpack full of create mod, it has forge version XX.XX.0, the mod asks for forge version XX.XX.13 and I can just update the forge version to the new one (and also downgrade)
