Improve rejection feedback

I am trying to submit a project and it has taken days of multiple resubmits now. First it was the name; that took 3-4 iterations alone because CF moderators don't actually highlight what's wrong with the name, just shove a list of potential issues at you. I ended up having to go to support to have someone help me figure out what the issue actually was because the feedback wasn't helpful.

It's also a bit frustrating that the problem was something that wasn't a problem before. There hasn't been an update to the rules, though, moderators just silently began enforcing a lesser-known rule more harshly. But there's also a disconnect in that it's a rule that is broken by the top most popular modpacks; this gives off the impression that if you're popular, the rules don't apply to you.

Next, the name was fine, but the description was not. But you had access to the description in the prior submissions; why are authors not told of all the issues at once so they can fix all issues at once? All the current system does is create more back-and-forth which could be avoided by putting all feedback in one rejection.

Overall, I think this could and should really be improved. Making the rules AND feedback clearer would make things easier on both authors and moderators.

Can I ask why this was marked "no suggestion?" I worry that someone just read the first part and assumed I was just complaining rather than providing context for my suggestion.

The suggestion, in my opinion, is summarized in both the title and in my closing statement: "Overall, I think this could and should really be improved. Making the rules AND feedback clearer would make things easier on both authors and moderators."

As per the title, the suggestion is to change the feedback given when a project is rejected. I'm a bit unsure how that counts as not being an idea/suggestion, and would really like some clarification on that.

Hold on!
