Let See All Notifications be more than just 20 max

Currently, if you let your beloved mods cook for a while, and come back after a week to 43 unread notifications of mod updates

You can see maximum 19 or 20 notifications maximum at the See All Notifications,
the rest? you have no idea what got updated, a mystery.


An expansion of notification visibility would be cool, whether add pages in the See All Notifications, or an infinite scroll in the pop up bell.

ya gotta see what them notifications are, or else they're just a ghost.
