Allow using more than the most recent file for making a new profile from in the Browse Mods tab

When you click to install a mod in the new Browse Mods tab it gives you two options, one of which is to make a new profile. However, it only lets you make a profile with versions that support that mods latest file, not all other files. See attached screenshot, which is installing the mod Attribute Fix to a new profile. The only selectable version is 1.20, and the only selectable modloader is Forge, despite Attribute Fix having both Fabric files and files for older Minecraft versions.


Additionally, the hovertext for Fabric is slightly off. Fabric does support 1.20, it's the mod that doesnt support Fabric (well, the latest file doesn't support it. The mod does support it, as described above)
