Add a place to give feedback to the mod creator.

I always go on curseforge to download mods I know about before the mod update and wish I could just pay my respects to their base of operations. I've done so on deviantart and discords that the creator/s own but I wish I could do so on curseforge for those who don't have connection with their viewers/followers. I think it'd be awesome to start up commentary. I'd also add a button for reporting people if needed. Long process of setting up but worth it to expand the horizons of modding itself and getting to know what people want.

    It isn't an option for most mods. You have to go to discord. You should automatically enable comments for all mods.
