When searching for a mod by "Latest Update" for a specific version of Minecraft, only put mods at the front that have just updated for that version. Merged

It's incredibly frustrating, especially when making a modpack for older versions of Minecraft, to find which mods have actually updated recently on that version versus simply updating on later versions of Minecraft. This would fix that issue.
