Make description formatting consistent (like Google Docs)

WYSIWYG is not what you see is what you get.
1. The legacy site's formatting show's up differently than the new beta.

2. There's no settings for line spacing, and the editor is not only slow, but inconsistent with what shows up on the website and what you put in the description
