"linkout" redirection page not there

As mods leave this site, they are providing links to Modrinth or their own websites. And since you're redirecting the links through your own redirection service, that you've either removed, renamed, or just plain broke, it instead points towards a service that DOES NOT EXIST, and instead you get an Error 404 page.
