Improve Page Title/Heading Format for Readability

Currently, the page heading, which affects search engine results, tab names etc. is not as clear as it used to be. Using Mekanism as an example, a page would previously be titled "Mekanism - Mods - Minecraft - Curseforge". Now is reads "Mekanism Minecraft Mods".


This looks pretty messy without having a break between the mod name and the category. Ideally something like "Mekanism - Minecraft Mods" or "Mekanism | Minecraft Mods" similar to "New Idea | Curseforge Ideas" would be much better.


Hopefully this would increase readability of search results and tabs.
